Sad! But Nigeria's Immigration system isn't any better! I think our government needs to communicate its immigration policy clearly and educate our immigration officers as well. If all the information we post on line indicates that certain countries can get visa's at the airport then they should honor that. it is an inconvenience and discouraging plus loss of money to travelers.
