Kim's decision to swap her heels for trainers comes just days after she admitted that the pregnancy has caused her feet to swell.She said: 'My foot is so swollen. I will say. It really is. And I'm sad. You know, because all my shoes don't really fit me anymore. But I heard it goes back. Hopefully.'

However, Kim added that she has become so used to wearing towering heels that changing to flats has been somewhat difficult.

She added: 'I just bought my first pair of flats the other day. And I wore them. They are so uncomfortable. Like, my heels are so comfortable.'
