DICOTA announces 2017 Young Leader Scholarship Winner

The 2017 DICOTA Scholarship recipient is Jose Fabian Kabigumila. Mr. Kabigumila is a senior at Liberty University in Virginia. Mr. Kabigumila is a computer science major and plans to pursue a career on cyber security. At his university, Mr. Kabigumila is involved in the Cyber Security Club, the Student Government Association, and the Student Technology Council. He also works part-time in the Dean of Students’ office.
