Jim Jones doesn't seem to learn from his mistakes. Capo had another date with a judge today (April 26). The Dipset rapperwas arraigned in a New York City courtroom for driving on a suspended license charge.

Jones was arrested on March 30 after cops pulled over his Bentley and found him in possession of the bunk driver's license due to an unpaid ticket. He was cuffed, booked and released the same day. Jones, known to have a fiery attitude, actually praised his arresting police officers following the incident. "They showed me total respect," he told the New York Daily News at the time. "Every officer in there is a gentleman."

This isn't the first time unpaid tickets have gotten Jones, born Joseph Guillermo Jones II, in trouble. In 2009, Capo was booked for an outstanding warrant stemming from an unpaid parking ticket. At the time he even tweeted, "I decide to drive by myself ... let's see how this plays out ... the funny part was watching them have to count all the money in my pocket lol I must say they were very cool ... And it was a punk ass warrant from 2005 for 120 dollars...Make sure you pay old tickets."

According to the Associated Press, lawyers for Jones allege the rapper "did not realize" he had an unpaid ticket at the time of his March arrest.

Jones released his fifth solo album 'Capo' on April 5. The album's first single, the pop-rock infused 'Perfect Day,' was followed-up by the bass-heavy, Aaron LaCrate-produced 'Everybody Jones' -- both a huge departure from Jones' usual solo work and lab time with Dipset.
