50 Cent was rushed to hospital after his SUV was hit from behind by a truck in New York. According to reports, the SUV almost flipped right over when it was hit. Fansite ThisIs50.com posted pictures of the rapper after the accident lying on a stretcher wearing a neck brace. See below for pics of the damaged vehicles.

UPDATE: According to reports, 50 has been released from hospital and is “doing fine” after being treated for minor neck and back injuries. The driver of the truck is also ok.
