Thursday January 10, 2013 - Narc Kenya presidential hopeful Martha Karua was on Thursday evening roughed up in Korogocho slums, Nairobi during her Presidential campaigns in Nairobi.
Karua, who was campaigning in the area, met a huge crowd of rowdy youths who pelted stones at her convoy, shouting that she is not able to rule the country.
Karua’s security detail had a rough time controlling the crowd and they were even forced to shoot in the air to disperse the rowdy youths.Although the former Justice and Constitutional Affairs Minister was not injured, she recorded a statement at Ruaka police station.
