Busia youths urge their leaders to set aside funds to promote talents

Led by the Amateur Theatre Productions Group chairperson David Ndalo, they observed that past leaders neglected them making many of them to lead deplorable life as their talents died prematurely, “Our earlier leaders totally ignored us and nobody cared about us making most of us to lose hope in life.”

During a session with journalists in Busia town, they called on county government under the stewardship of governor Sospeter Ojaamong to set aside a social Hall well equiped and which they will be using to practise and showcase their talents.

On increased crimes in the county, the youths disowned their fellow youths who are spearheading the vices, and called on the police to pull up their socks and restore sanity in the border county.
