The 2013 Global Smart Partnership Dialogue was launched in spectacular fashion today in Dar es Salaam. The Smart 29ers got the Dialogue off to a great start, sharing their experiences, insights and visions with the Dialogue Host Patron, His Excellency Dr Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete, President of the United Republic of Tanzania, alongside numerous Heads of State and a selection of CPTM Fellows.
