As one of the Board Members of the Friends of Tanzania (http://www.fotanzania.org ), I attended a meeting and the talk was about the education system in Tanzania. One of the Board members is an alumnus of the Teacher’s for East Africa. He showed a 6 ½ minutes YouTube video titled Tanzania’s Education System produced in Feb. It is a very critical summary of what is happening in education in Tanzania. I would highly recommend that you check it out at www.youtube.com –Tanzania’s Education System. It is rather disturbing.
