AAR INSURANCE DONATES FOOD STUFF TO THE MOROGORO (KILOSA) CATASTROPHY

Following the misfortune incident in Kilosa Morogoro, AAR insurance joined the government to assist the floods victims who lost their residents and faced shortage of food.

The company donated various foodstuffs such as rice, beans and cooking oil that worth 3 million Tanzanian shillings.

Speaking to the media AAR Public Relations Officer, Amisa Juma said “We came here today because we are touched with what has happened to the victims, as to why we provide our sincerely condolences to the victims”.

AAR staffs were well received by the D.C of Kilosa Hon. Elias Tarimo who briefed the company about the whole incident and provide his appreciations for the assistance

“We would like to provide our appreciations to the company for showing their concern on the victims and also I would strongly like to urge other private, NGO’s and government companies to assist the families affected by the floods, as for now they are more in need of shelter, since most of the people lost their residents. It is our resposibility to assist the society in whichever way we can due to the fact that this incident is a national tragic”, Said Mr.Elias Tarimo, District Commissioner of Kilosa.
