So from what you are saying, dual citizenship is only available to minors (18 and under), they can't even vote, what is the point (travel?, that's what visas are for)-- After that they will have to give up one citizenship. Why bother in the first place for a child to get a Tanzania passport then have it taken away when the child is an adult, at a point where he/she would need it the most?
From the poster who had minor kids with dual citizenship: How did this benefit you and your kids, other than save a few dollars on visas?

My children were born in the US . UNTIL the age of 18 they had duo citizenship both US and TANZANIA. I HOPE YOUR QUESTION WAS ANSWERED.
