Magavilla on UBISHI Episode 4 - Mwananchi/ The Composition Challenge

One of the great opportunities that we have in accelerating the fortunes of this great country is addressing, what I like to refer to as, our ‘composition’ challenge; what kind of people make up our populous, in particular our youth, in terms of skills, competencies and values.

If you are making strides in life and form part of the top echelons of society, the plight of the bottom of the food chain may not be of particular interest to you – think again!

Irrespective of its composition, the broad bottom will always carry the narrow top. The masses, at large, are either consumers of the products that keep our companies running and or are the ones casting the votes that inform who will lead our country.

Are you still not interested in the plight of broad bottom?

I reflect briefly on this in this week’s Ubishi Talk Show series, visit or https://youtu.be/fo7Jm2KpkZ4 or www.magavilla.com/videos where you can view my other videos.
