The problem in Tanzania is that we have no functioning designated people for maintenance. OK so let's play with the thought that this machine gets replaced and a brand new one comes in OK what happens when the new one breaks ???should they just keep buying new once ??? Train a proper team of service technicians at the hospitals. Why do we always rely on outsourced help when these issues should be ablet to be taken cared of by our local Tanzanaians. Once they have been fully trained they will be able to service the machines as needed. Let's look for long term solutions not short term plans it will lead us to the same problems over and over again.
