FITNESS MOTIVATION BY TINA LUPEMBE - HER SECRET TO STAY YOUNG AND VIBRANT

Tina Lupembe aka Twitwi is one of the fitness women that i know, who has changed her life and inspire many new and old generations.Her training style incorporate various techniques including resisting training, high intensity interval training etc.She avoids sticking to a specific style in order to keep her workout exciting,fun and fresh. She wishes (one-day) to introduce people to the idea that working-out and eating healthy are not only necessary to lose a few pounds but can improve physical limitations, transform lives through every aspects, and overall creates longevity and bliss.

This workout is called rope workout..Common movements include waves, slams, throws, spirals, and whips.  All involve swinging your arms up and down (or side to side) in some manner for timed intervals. To maximize your efforts, focus on maintaining the intensity of the motion from start to finish, no matter how much it burns – and trust us, it’s going to burn.

 Back workout-The back isn't only one of the body's biggest and strongest body parts, it's also the most complicated in terms of being a series of interconnected muscle groups. For the purposes of this feature we're dividing the back into its four main regions: 1) the upper and outer lats, 2) the lower lats, 3) the middle back and 4) the Lower Back. Each area requires specific stimulation via the exercises and angles of attack used, and we'll show you the two best exercises for each.
