Hapa mtuhumiwa akiwa mahakamani pingu mikononi.
Hapa mtuhumiwa amesha hukumiwa nchi Tanzania akisindikizwa na polisi kupanda gari la kumpeleka magereza kutumia kifungo.
hapa Marekani mtuhumiwa amesha hukumiwa

This is a wrong and misleading comparison. It depends on what one is convicted of. If you are convicted for. For instance someone convicted of tax related offences - will not have chains on their legs.
You Damn right Anon, not sure kama unakaa america au umeona hii kwenye kumbi za kariakoo.Wee unashangaa simu, unajua kwamba in America, mtu anaweza kuhukumiwa and then anapingiwa tarehe ya kuripoti jela? It always depends on the type of crime. Tax evasion or corruption cases, baada ya hukumu, mnakubaliana tarehe ya kuripoti jela. Huyu ndugu yako ni murder charges.
The first criticism is wrong and even more misleading. Is Cheka convicted of a charge that is comparable to tax cheating? Violence/physical assault on someone should have earned Cheka the kind of treatment his American counterparts receive!
