Although Arkansas wildlife experts insist the discovery of at least 4,000 bird carcasses was unrelated to 100,000 drum fish found dead along a 10-mile stretch of the Arkansas River, conspiracy theories have abounded in the absence of any answers. NBC's Janet Shamlian reports.
