The family of Prof. Bruno J. Ndunguru regret to annouce the passing of their beloved Prof. Bruno J Ndunguru on Wednesday 26th December 2012 at the AMI Hospital in Dar Es Salaam after a long battle with cancer.
The late Professor will be missed and remembered by his loving wife Magdalena Dalei, his children Joyce, Colleta, John, Neema and Ben, his sons in law; Richard Jones and Eneza Mnzava, his daughter in law;Florence Mndolwa, his energetic grandchildren Anna Jones, Kimori Mnzava and Bruno Ndunguru.
The Kinemela clan of Maguu, the late Zakayo Dalei family, family of Speaker Anna Makinda, colleagues from Tea Research Institute of Tanzania, Board members of Tanzania Tea Board, the donor community at large especially the EU, project partners from the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministy of Finance, researchers from the University of Reading and Cranfield University, lecturers (present and past) and former students of The Sokoine University of Agriculture, members of Kijani Agro, friends of all ages from Morogoro, Benin, Niger, Malawi, Botswana, USA and South Africa will all miss the Professor.
We thank all the Doctors in Tanzania (Dr. Kaushik, Dr. Linda Ezekiel, Dr. Lwakatare), South Africa (Dr. Rappoport and Dr. Miller) together with the many nursing staff who supported the late Professor at the different hospitals.
His body will be laid to rest at Kinondoni Cemetry in Dar es Salaam preceeding mass which be held at St Peters Church at 1:30pm on Saturday 29th December. You are all welcome to his wake tonight at his residence in Boko.

The Lord gave and the Lord has taken away; may the name of the Lord be praised.
