Meet the 23-year-old squatter who moved into palatial $2.5MILLION waterfront mansion - but there's nothing neighbors or police can do about it

Andre Barbosa, a Brazilian national, moved into the foreclosed five-bedroom, six-bath estate in Boca Raton, Florida, over the summer relying on an obscure real estate law known as Adverse Possession, which allows anyone to claim title to a property if they have been living there for at least seven years. Bank of America, which now owns the mansion, has not made any attempts to evict Barbosa or re-sell the house.
