Q, Tell us little bit about your TBX - Business Consulting Co.
A, I started in 2007, after gaining lots of experience from running my own business in Africa and here in America for over 25 years. The main goal is to help and empower other people especially, when you go to these big Consulting firm it costs lots of money per hour and sometime they don’t even have time for you. Through my consulting service you will be able to save: Time, Money, Resources and get better result you need’. My on site seminar I focus on these 10 points and beyond. 1 – 10.
Q, You wrote two books in titled “The 7 powerful Lessons To succeed in Business” and Life is an Uneven Road” so what should people aspect the benefit by reading your books.
Let start with your first book:
A, My first book the 7 powerful lesson to succeed in business is about achieving your goal in Life.
- The first 3 chapters is about building someone psychological success, you have to in tune somebody’s minds sociological that he or she will succeed in any carrier they pursue
- The other 3 chapter is about how to start and succeed in business
- The last chapter is about ethics, no matter how much money or power you have if you unethical eventually people they are going to get tired doing business with you or you may be fired from your job or be voted out from the office.
How about the second book:
A, - The second book: “Life is an Uneven Road”. This book when you read it you will found out that there is no short cut to success and if you know one please call me. For example, I like one of the Swahili Song, Safari yenye Vikwazo by Mashujaa Band in Tanzania. They talk about Life is a struggle, nothing come easier you have to work hard
- The Second main point is to teach people that once you define clearly your single goal and be willing to scarify, then you are going to achieve your dream.
- I have outlined, my personal experience how I started business at age 6 at Kaliua Rail Station, in Tabora, where back then I couldn’t imagine writing books and giving seminar in America, but I had set my goal to become an entrepreneur. Thus, in this book you will see what I went through which has shaped my life and became the master of my own craft.
Q, Finally what is your advice to the young kids as whole and in Africa particular in Tanzania?
A, - They must develop CAN DO ATTITUDE MIND, and remove the myth of saying the success people are god chosen, is just pure hard work and commitment to their goals. Nobody have achieved without going through lots of obstacles and if you do then your success will be a short live
- We need to reform our education system especially at young age where our youth be taught Critical thinking and creative mind, then when they grow up not only they will just wait for the government to create jobs for them but they can create jobs base on their creative and independent thinking which they develop from young age.
