Great,however the body does not look natural at all. Dulla has to keep this exercise schedule (and increase intensity with age) to maintain this body. If he slows down, or changes his diet, the kitambi will come so fast, and taking it off is a nightmare. I know someone who had a nice body in his early twenties because he could spend half a day at the gym. Now at 35, with a full time job, a wife and children, he lost it all. He is growing big everywhere.
