Celebrating culture doesn't get any bigger than this; the annual Luo Festival is back, happens to be their second edition. The first one happened last year, it was epic! Luos know how to party I tell you, some of us were there and we are not even Luo. It was that a huge event. It was actually voted as one of the best events ever; won as Best TV advert, most prestigious event with class and swag put together.
As always, Luos have to do a grand thing, so the festival will be perfectly sitted before Obama’s arrival. “It's a Premium event in the Luo calendar and this year it's the President party before Obama lands, it's the only event all Luo governors will attend”, the organizers attest. So in preparation to Obama’s home coming, the event will be on the same day as America’s celebration of Independence Day, on the 4th of July, 2015.
