The Economic and Social Research Foundation (ESRF) in collaboration with Prof. Professor Jin-Sang LEE from State University of New York, (SUNY Korea) is organizing a Public Lecture on "The Korean Experience on Economic Transformation, Scientific and Technological Changes: Implications to Tanzania's Industrialization Agenda" which will be held on 24th January, 2018 at ESRF Conference Hall from 2:45 pm to 5:00 pm.
The Public Lecture will be given by Professor Jin-Sang LEE - Director General of International Institute of Sustainable Development Studies at SUNY Korea.
Professor Lee will present Korea's development pathway since 1960s, by highlighting the role of public and private sectors in fostering industrial development through science, research, technology and innovation. Lessons from this experience will inform Tanzania's industrial led development approach.
