RIHANNA SELLS BEVERLY HILLS HOME FOR $5 MILLION-The Boombox

Rihanna has sold her eight-bedroom Beverly Hills home for a whopping amount. Despite the house having structural issues, the pop star walked away with earning $5.03 million on the sale.

The 23-year-old originally paid $6.9 million for the 8,520-square-foot, three-story contemporary home in 2010. Since November 2011, the listing for the sale was at 4.5 million.

The house, located on more than three-quarters of an acre and which was listed as a "major fixer," had moisture and water damage that affected areas such as the windows, balconies and doors, among others.

Four buyers were interested in the property -- housing 10 bathrooms, a swimming pool and three fireplaces -- despite the damages.

On the music front, the 2012 Grammy nominee recently asked fans to choose the next single off her 'Talk That Talk' LP. So far, 'We Found Love' and 'You Da One' have been released with accompanying visuals. The singer has yet to announce the new single.
