Nilipokutana naye akaniambia nisubiri atanijulisha kinachoendelea. Nafikiri wakati huo ndipo mambo yaliharibika, kwa sababu yule daktari ambaye alimtaja kutokuwepo jana, alikuwa ndani anamshughulikia hivyo alikuwa anajaribu achomwe sindano ambayo ingeweza punguza makali ya sumu iliovuja toka kwenye kongosho au angewekewa drip ya maji lakini inaonekana jambo hili lilichelewa kufanyika.
Muda mchache baadae Dokta alitoka na kuniambia John hatuko nae tena, amefariki. Hicho ndicho kilichomtokea John kuelekea kifo chake. Mazishi yamepangwa kufanyika makaburi ya kinondoni kesho. Alisema baba mdogo wa muigizaji Stephano.

THIS IS A LAW SUIT!!!! ARE THESE DOCTORS TAKE KIAPO AT ALL WAKIMALIZA DEGREE HIZI ZA UDAKTARI KAMA HUKU STATES???? YAANI HUYO DOCTOR NI MMOJA TUU NA HANA MOBILE PHONE??? JAMANI HIZI HADITHI NDIYO ZINATUFANYA TUNG'ANG'ANIE HUKU MAJUU! UWE MLALA HOI UWE TAJIRI UKIUGUA UTAONA JINSI MADAKTARI WANAVYOKIMBIA KUSERVE YOUR LIFE! WANAPIGIANA SIMU NA KUPEANA USHAURI, THIS IS A LOSS OF HUMAN LIFE JAMANI SOMEBODY'S SON, BROTHER, FATHER OR FATHER TO BE, FRIEND AND AT MOST BINAADAMU! YAANI MADAKTARI WANAONA MTU ANA ORGAN ISSUE MNAMWACHA ANALALA HUKU KONGOSHO (PANCREASE) INA MATATIZO? BIOLOGY GANI HIYO WALIYOSOMA?? Mimi si daktari but nimesoma science enough to know that unaweza kuishi bila hii kitu. The pancreas has two main functions: secretion of insulin, which controls blood sugar levels, and secretion of digestive enzymes and hormones. You can live without it it does not function well, although this is not a perfect solution, these functions can be replaced through insulin injections and oral pancreatic enzymes with meals!!!!!!! Wangeiondoa the same day huyu kijana jamani angepona tuu. OMG WHAT A LOSS. Serikali inabidi iangalie kuinvest in educating doctors wenye speciality ambazo ni rare in Tanzania or improve out MD schools ili hawa madaktari wawe na uhakika na diagnosis than making a guess work. The blood chemistry of this guy would have a lot of flags (out of range) on sugar level, and other things right there you should know its an ORGAN ISSUE WHETHER IS LIVER OR PANCREASE THEN YOU DO THE ORGAN FUNCTION TESTS (IF THEY EXISTS) THEN YOU RULE OUT WHICH ONES, MBONA HUKU KUNA GUIDELINES HATA UKIGOOGLE ITAKUAMBIA NINI CHA KUANGALIA UKITAKA KUJUA LIVER AU FIGO AU KONGOSHO ZINAFANYA KAZI, I REALLY CRIED READING THIS STORY ITS SO SAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAD. BONGO SIRUDI. NINTAZEEKEA HUKU HUKU I KNOW I DO NOT HAVE TO KNOW NOBODY TO GET 1ST CLASS HEALTH CARE AS FAR AS U HAVE MEDICAL INSURANCE, ASANTE OBAMA FOR OBAMACARE.
I happen to have knowledge of medicine, from what it sounds he may have suffered from a condition called acute necrotizing pancreatitis if that is the case the mortality is very high either way. Pancreatic surgery requires expertise not commonly available especially in Tz and even at the hands of a pancreas surgeon mortality remains high since many things can go wrong. Also with knowledge of healthcare in Tz for the longest time other than at Muhimbili most hospitals did not run labs onsite but sent them to the central lab at Muhimbili. I don't know if Mwananyamala hospital now runs it's own labs I.e. Chemistry panels? Having said that, you just need to be lucky with any sickness in Tz. In most health facilities the providers are doing the best they can under the circumstances (which of course is not good enough in the west) and I am assuming his pancreatitis which can mimic an acute abdomen is the reason they wanted to perform surgery in the first place.
