Actually, they were not really sleeping. They were just engaging themselves in a deep meditation on how to amalgamate an extreme poverty and deconglomerate extra-ordinary diseases before tackling them in a one-fits-all African nuclear style.
This is a problem of having old people as leaders!!! it should be against the law to lead after 60yrs. Mugabe is too old to lead, his body is tired and so as his mind! now, for the rest of the sleeping kings, they are to be fired! what an embarassment to the African continent!!!
