TAMUDI is National organization that aiming to unite Muslims Diasporas living in North America.
Main purpose is to confront challenges that a Muslim diaspora faces at the places they are living, also to address the challenges that Muslims faces in Tanzania.
Projects in considerations are including but not limited to:
* Unite all Tanzanian Muslims associations that are existing in various parts of U.S.A and focus on a nationwide mission including community’s enrichments, opening and operating Islamic institutions (mosque, health centers, schools, etc.) into various societies/towns. Operating and delivering various social services that will be needed in Tanzania.
Example; Many of our members are involved in many social-economic activities in Tanzania: Medical missions, Trade, Tourism and Development projects here in USA and Tanzania.
Furthermore; in September TAMUDI is going to conduct an exclusive annual Convention that will take place in DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia) from 1st to 3rd.
Worldwide delegates and speakers are expected to attend the 3 days event.
The Convention is open to public for anyone who would like to attend. The fliers are rolling out, I hope you have seen one already through website, Radio, Blogs etc. if not you will see soon their advertisements about upcoming Convention.
