In 1976, the Government of Mexico in collaboration with France and Chile sponsored African students from Tanzanian, Senegal and Mali to study Industrial Engineering and Civil Engineering. In 1980, after the Tanzania war with Uganda, the government of Tanzania had financial difficulties in fowling up those students (all over the world) who had completed their studies to go back home to contribute in nation building. Unfortunately, the students who studied in Mexico were left in this country without relatives or Tanzania government support. Some are working on their own business. One passed away, other moved to some of united sates of Mexico, Canada and United States of America. The left in the Picture is Ing. Epimaki Ngowi, now own owns a construction Business- Tanzamex. Long story to tell!!
