Bride-to-be who lost her engagement ring on the NY subway gets it back two months later thanks to mystery Good Samaritan

A teaching assistant has expressed her gratitude today to a mystery woman who turned in her missing engagement ring to the New York subway's lost and found department.
Hager Elsayed first discovered her ring was missing while riding the N train home to Brooklyn in November. Miss Elsayed said that when she got home, she hunted through her apartment but the diamond band was nowhere to be found, leaving her devastated.
Her fiancé Juan Rivera, who works in construction, was equally upset - he was still paying off the three-carat ring after the couple got engaged in May last year.

Lucky find: The diamond band was handed in at Fort Hamilton Parkway in Brooklyn after it slipped off Miss Elsayed's finger in November
