Busted ... one of the women with her drug-filled pants
TWO WOMEN have been caught smuggling cocaine worth £2 million into New York - stuffed in their pants.
Priscilla Pena and Michelle Blassingale were stopped at customs at JFK Airport after arriving on a flight from the Dominican Republic.
Officers found nothing in their luggage, but when they patted the pair down, they were stunned to discover they were both wearing homemade pants - each packed with more than 3kg of the drug.
The women, who are both from New York, were charged with smuggling. Blassingale is being held in custody, while Pena has been released on $150,000 (£95,000) bail.
Facing jail ... the pair have been charged with smuggling
It's not the first time customs officers have found drugs hidden in underwear.
In November a woman was caught sneaking into Italy wearing a bra stuffed with 2.5kg of cocaine in each cup.
