Tunatoa pongezi kwa mheshimiwa rais Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete kwa kuteua mawaziri wapya na manaibu mawaziri. Uteuzi huu utakidhi mahitaji ya kitaaluma na uzoefu katika wizara hizo na pia itaimarisha chama cha ushindi (CCM) ifikapo 2015. Sisi tulio mbali na nyumbani tunasimama bega kwa bega na chama katika kutafuta ufumbuzi wa matatizo sugu na kero kwa wananchi ili kuleta maendeleo ya nchi yetu. I don't think this is necessary given the fact that watu ni wale wale. Tanzania sio ya CCM only anymore...mambo ya kidumu ni historic. For my perspective uteuzi umelenga mikakati ya CCM to get easy fund from hazina during election in 2015. This is politics and doesn't move our country foward.

The ministers should be selected based of the Departments and not on the need of Minister. For example, the Minister of Education should focus of the need of quality education, and the minister of Agriculture should focus on modern technologies in farming, micro biology engineering, food science and food quality and safety.
Noteworthy, these two ministries are the core bread winner of the country and should not be messed with. Surprisingly, the president selected one person to be the minister of education and agriculture to run the two departments in a huge country like Tanzania. The notion of selecting a single mister to run two complicated department is “too big to fail’.
