She is married to Phares Magesa , she is blessed with 3
Children( Paxton,Haris and Princess). She owns a Hotel called MBEZI GARDEN
HOTEL & CONFERENCE CENTER. She holds a MSc Business Management with IT from
Salford University, UK.
She is the
Chairperson of VICOBA WINNERS GROUP and Tanzania Business Entrepreneurs for
Women Network (TBEW).She is a Vice Chairwoman of Tanzania Food Processors Association
(TAFOPA).A Member of TWCC, AWOTTA , HAT,ATE ,Mariners
wives and Msasani Lutheran Church Fellowship.
Haika is a social networker and Influencer; she has 5,000
friends and 5,148 followers on Facebook. Instagram followers 1,800.Haika is the
owner of several groups on Facebook like Business Women entrepreneurs (BWE
which has 5,126 members), Mbezi Garden Hotel – with 3,178 members and Tanzania

LinkedIn friends 2,900. She is active on Whattsup, Viber and
skype.
Haika is a Communicator and she has been invited to speak to
various Tv Stations like ITV-Jarida la wanawake, EATV-Wanawake Live, Capital Tv
and TBC(Jambo Leo and AMKA NA BADILIKA) .She has also invited to speak to youth
about the importance of Library. Other events includes Women in Balance,
AWEP-Mtwara , NKWAMIRA Out of School Entrepreneurship programme, Mr Dar and
many more.
She has participated in various International Exhibition
like SA Apparel international exhibition-Capetown, HARUSI TRADE FAIR,VODACOM
Elimu Expo, Nyama Choma Festival etc.
Haika Lawere has attended and being awarded certificates in
various Local and international Workshops, Seminars and Conferences.
Her hobbies includes Reading motivational books,Social
engagement, Salsa, swimming and dancing
