Tanzania central bank is practicing predatory practices. 8.5% interest rate for 15 years is kinda like the sub prime loans which caused the housing industry downfall in the USA. So lets wait and watch the if down the line the system crump up and if the Tanzania government will bail out these financial institutions.....still these financial institutions such as CRDB have the liability as financial institutions to set forth rates lower than what the central bank offer which will compel the Central Bank to adjust their rates to cope with the free market
