Emelda Martha Mwakyoma
After suffering a major heart attack and stroke she is now discharged from Howard University hospital.
She is gradually recovering and *needs OUR help URGENTLY*. She is staying with one of our very own Mama Mwimanzi (Tanzanian volunteer). *Our goal is to assist her to get immediate medical attention, secure her belongings and make arrangements for her trip back home to Tanzania to reunite with her children.*
