Before we erect these sorts of Heights we need to upgrade Fire safety standards first. Dar es Salaam is sorely lacking even the basic Fire safety equipment. This is a huge investment. We don't want it to suffer the same fate of BoT, NASACO and Mambo ya Ndani Blgs that couldn't survive the fire because of lack of equipment to put down the fire.
Umeme Umeme Umeme jamani.Then these kinds of infrastructure..can you imagine, uko kwenye elevator alafu TANESCO wakafanya vitu vyao..even if they will have generators it will be very exepensive to run that kind of building without good source of power.
