The doctor ordered rest, 'Kim Kardashian'

Kim Kardashian has been ordered by her doctor to slow down for the sake of her pregnancy, omg! can confirm.  A source close to Kardashian tells!. “She's been traveling and working a lot so just needs to take a little rest.”  The New York Post’s Page Six reported Thursday that the expectant mother was traveling back from Paris, France, when she started to have stomach pains and feel ill on her flight home.

According to the gossip column, upon landing, Kardashian was taken to the hospital in tears.“She thought she was having a miscarriage,” Page Six wrote. “Kim’s not respecting her pregnancy. She’s running around, working out seven days a week. She’s working with two different trainers to control her weight, including Tracy Anderson and a pregnancy trainer.”

Luckily, however, our source says that both mom and baby are “all fine.”
Kardashian — who is four months pregnant — flew to Paris Sunday to accompany beau Kanye West (who’s been on quite the verbal streak lately!) to the Givenchy fashion show.

The reality star has been going, going, going … so, it’s good that someone is telling her to slow down!
